What data we collect
This website is a static informational site. We do not collect personal data through forms, accounts, or cookies. Specifically:
- No cookies are set by this website.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage (page views, referrers, browser type, country). This service is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.
Infrastructure processing
This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (IP addresses, HTTP headers) to deliver pages and provide security protections (WAF, DDoS mitigation, bot detection). This processing is necessary for our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

If you email us at team@reliware.co.uk, we will process your name and email address to respond to your enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
We retain email correspondence for up to 6 years after the last communication, in line with the Limitation Act 1980, after which it is deleted.
International transfers
Both Cloudflare and Google are US-headquartered companies. Personal data processed by these services may be transferred to servers outside the UK. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (UK IDTA). You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing team@reliware.co.uk.
