Accessibility Statement

Our commitment
RELIWARE LIMITED is committed to making this website accessible to as wide an audience as possible, regardless of ability. This accessibility statement applies to https://reliware.co.uk. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, in line with the Equality Act 2010 and government best practice.
Conformance status
This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, due to the non-compliances listed below.
We have taken the following steps to support accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure (headings, landmarks, lists)
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
- No auto-playing media, flashing content, or time-limited interactions
- All content accessible without JavaScript
- Meaningful page titles and link text
Non-accessible content
Non-compliance with the accessibility standard
- The email icon in the contact link on the home page uses an inline SVG without an explicit text alternative (WCAG 2.2 SC 1.1.1 Non-text Content). The adjacent link text ("team@reliware.co.uk") provides the accessible name for the link. We plan to add an appropriate text alternative to the icon.
Disproportionate burden
We have not claimed disproportionate burden for any accessibility issues at this time.
Content not within scope
None at this time.

How we tested
This statement was prepared on 1 February 2026 based on a self-assessment of the website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. We tested with browser developer tools, keyboard navigation, and automated accessibility checkers (including WAVE and axe DevTools) on Chrome and Firefox.
We intend to review this statement and our accessibility practices at least once a year.
